Privacy Policy

GeniiAI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered LinkedIn marketing platform — planning, writing, image generation, and publishing posts to your LinkedIn profile. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication details (via Supabase Auth).
• Content data: niche, goals, reference LinkedIn voices, generated ideas, post drafts, calendars, and images you generate for posts.
• LinkedIn connection data: if you connect LinkedIn, we access only the minimum scopes required to identify you and publish posts on your behalf.
• Billing data: handled by Razorpay — we never store your full card details.
• Website usage: page path, referrer, device/browser/OS, language, screen size, and approximate location (country/region/city from the hosting provider). If you are signed in, we also attach your account email to that visit so we can tell marketing traffic from product use. We do not store raw IP addresses.

How payment data is handled

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. GeniiAI never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank credentials — only subscription status and transaction references.

Website analytics

We run first-party analytics on geniiai.app to understand which pages people open and how they found us. This data is used only to operate and improve GeniiAI. It is not sold and is not shown to other customers.

How we use AI providers

Script, idea, and analytics generation is routed through OpenRouter to third-party AI models. Prompts sent to these models include the content context you provide (niche, goals, past performance) but not your billing information.

Data retention & your rights

• You can export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings.
• You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Settings — no support ticket required.
• We retain account data only as long as your account is active, plus what's legally required for billing records. Website analytics may be kept in anonymous form (no email) to operate the product.
