GeniiAI is a digital subscription service — access is granted instantly, with no physical delivery involved.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Refunds

• New subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from their first payment.
• Refund requests after the first 7 days are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed, since access and AI usage are consumed immediately.
• To request a refund, email support@geniiai.app with your account email and reason — we aim to respond within 2 business days.
