Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of GeniiAI, a subscription-based software service (SaaS) for AI-assisted LinkedIn marketing — planning, writing, image generation, and publishing. There is no physical delivery associated with this service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use GeniiAI to generate content that violates LinkedIn's terms of use or professional community policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the AI generation or publishing APIs beyond your plan's limits.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any content you publish through the platform.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
